"woof"-O-ween

For Halloween this year I was a dog. A dalmation to be exact. Many mistaken me for a cow, but as you can clearly see, I'm a dog. I enjoyed dressing up and pretending to be something I'm not. On Halloween night, we went to Crossroads church and spent the night eating cotton candy, going trick or treating, and bouncing in some bouncing houses.

My official 'woof woof' look. I make a cute little dog.

Me and my cotton candy. At first I thought it was just for show. Then I saw someone eating it, but when I tried to plunge my face into it, mommy quickly took it away. Everything's grown up food.

I roamed the area for countless minutes in search of the perfect candy.

Here's mommy and daddy. What am I thinking about? ...Candy!!

We even ran into some Care Bears. Sorry, but I couldn't keep my eyes off of them. I heard uncle John used to play with these when he was my age. They looked pretty big to play with to me.

I think I found it. My perfecto candy. The only problem was the dang wrapper.

By the end of the night, I was pooped, so I turned to my daddy chauffeur to carry me around.

A crazy ful-filled night. Halloween 2007 is over and now it's time for some sleepin.

This past Sunday everybody dressed up in their Halloween costumes. Y'all already know what I was, but here's me and Noah, who was Wonder Woman.

Aunt Jeni and cousin Josie, who was a flower that was swallowed by pooh bear.

To my right, Dylan the turtle. To my left, Toby the groom.

After church we headed to Ben's 1st birthday bash. Here's me, Ben, and aunt Caroline.

Mommy, Aunt Caroline, and Ben.

Then, as the day was not long enough already, we headed to Marina Del Rey to visit my friend to Seattle, Yuri.

She's trying to kiss me, but you see my block?

And we even have the same strollers. Good night peeps!

JP Celebration

In the course of 1 week, we had uncle John's birthday, auntie Jeni's birthday, and cousin Josie's 100 day celebration. It was a full on JPs event if you ask me. I wasn't able to attend uncle John's party cause we had just gotten back from Maui the previous day and mommy we not allow it. Daddy had to represent the family on that one. However, I did show up to the other 2 bashes. Here are some pictures.

It was ages ago since I had feet that small.

100 days old. I'm about 547 days old, give an take. Man, that sounds old.

Here's a picture of the happy family.

And here's a picture of an unhappy Jacob. What's going on here Mr/Mrs Kim?!?

The following day was Sunday and we partied once more. It was auntie Jeni's 29th birthday. She's 10,440 days old. Maybe I'm not that old afterall.

It was mostly old people there so I had to go find things to do. I played with auntie Kelly for awhile.

Then hung out with auntie Eunice, Rebecca, Ray Anne, and uncle Steven.

Then kicked it with auntie Janice.

Aloha - Day 6

Aloha means both hello and goodbye. So today I bid Maui a giant 'aloha'! I had so much fun here the past 6 days. I already can't wait to revisit the island. So we'll say aloha for now and save another aloha for sometime in the short future.

Aloha Beach.

Aloha neighboring island.

Aloha resort.

Aloha neighboring resort.

Aloha sand. I made sure I left my footprints in the sand.

Mommy and I took our last morning stroll on the beach.

Savoring the last moments.

God even gave us a rainbow on our final morning.

Playing in the sand one last time.

Daddy's trying to hold me back from taking my last swim. At the end he finally reasoned with me that getting wet probably wouldn't be the best.

A hui hou Maui!

Winding Down - Day 5

Well, it's already our last full day here in Maui. It's a bittersweet feeling, I'm excited about getting home and sleeping in my own crib, but I'm going to miss the beach, the pool, the weather, and everything else that's Maui. During our last full day, we just relaxed and did nothing. It was nice.

One of my favorite things about Maui is waking up and taking a morning stroll. We usually walk around the property, to the beach, and back.

This was going to be one of my last chances to run on a Hawaiian beach for awhile, so I look full opportunity to do so.

I love how my feet sink in the sand. It tickles my toes.

This was by far my favorite pool. It was built for little folks as myself.

And the landscaping that surrounded our property brought the sensation of relaxation.

I found this hole in the ground. At my age, I'm curious about everything and anything. Daddy said it was just where the water drains, but I swear, I saw dinosaurs.

Every restaurant gave me crayons to draw with and eat. It was great.

The beach is so beautiful. My wish is for babies everywhere to be able to experience it.

Look! I told you I saw dinosaurs!

My LAST lazy float around the pirate ship.

Lahaina - Day 4

We began day 4 in the "jewel in the crown of Maui" also known as Lahaina. It's kind of like the old town in Maui, much different than any city on the island. We strolled the broadwalk and had lunch before heading back for another day at the beach.

A shot of the broadwalk in Lahaina.

A family shot in the city.

We had lunch at Kimo, where we munched on fish and more fish.

I couldn't get enough of the view. All the views in Maui are so breath-taking.

I'm usually happy and giddy after a few Mai-Tais. just kidding.

After Lahaina, we headed back to our resort and played at the beach. Daddy usually snorkels, Mommy usually sunbathes, and I do a little of everything. Here I am playing in the sand.

Then afloat on my rocket ship.

And look! even without any adult supervision.

And by this time I'm very satisfied. Making my face.

See? Very happy.

Cracking jokes with Mommy.

Some random pics.
A sunken ship.

The imfamous Banyan Tree.
