A 'Wild' Memorial Day

Since mommy and daddy had the day off on Monday, they decided to treat me to a trip to the Wild Animal Park in San Diego. I always see these animals on my Baby Enstein DVDs, so I was extremely excited to see what some of these animals looked like in life, especially the lions... RRAAAHH! Unfortunately, we didn't get there til almost 3p and the park closed at 5p so I was rushing rushing. We didn't even get to go on the Africa adventure ride, but daddy promised to take me back in a few weeks. Here's how my day went:

Now, that lion is not real. It's only a painting. But it gave me an idea of what I was looking for.

So my day began as I had ONE goal in mind, find the LION CAMP.
Lion? Too small, just a Meerkat.

Lion? Mr. Gorilla told me to keep going.

We stopped to rest and catch a bird show. I was pointing at the owl flying by.

As soon as the show was over, I was back on my journey. Across the bridge.

Down the stairs and along the path.

Glaring across the river.

As it seemed that all hope was lost.

LION CAMP! Straight ahead. I found it!

When we FINALLY got to the Lion Camp. They were all asleep.

However, mommy found this almost real lion and I got to stand right in front of it. I made my own noise.. RRRAAAHH!
This concluded our fun-filled day at the Wild Animal Park. I'm already looking forward to our next trip there.

This past Saturday, it was Noah's 1st Birthday. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOAH!"
Here she is with her mommy and daddy, Uncle Jimmy and Auntie Amy.

Here's Noah alone without her mommy and daddy.

The following day, Sunday, we visited my cousins after church. Ben was visiting all the way from Arizona.

And of course cousin Bella.

Here's a random picture of me and Mishka.

Hunting @ the Library ...

Today, Saturday, mommy & daddy took me to Huntington Library in San Marino. It was so much fun because I'm at a stage where I enjoy walking and the outdoors. Running on the grass, doing what I want to do was the best part of the day. Right before the Library, we had lunch at Din Tai Fung in Arcadia. I wasn't able to try anything, but all I heard was "yummy, mmm, so good". Here's some pictures from our family outing.

Daddy bought a fancy camera so our pictures come out much better. Praise the Lord! Here's me and mommy.

Me with the GREAT dane. At first I thought it was Sammie so I was happy. Then I realized it wasn't so I got scared. But then I realized it's not a real dog at all so I was like "whatever!"

Grass time. I LOVE grass time.

Me and daddy and some funny looking monster. Woo, scary.

Playing in the Bamboo jungle. This one mommy took. Mommy's good at taking pictures too, see?

Here's me playing with mommy and some more grass time.

I really really love the grass. There's all kind of thing you can pick and eat!

Last weekend Auntie Jeni had her baby shower. Here we are with Auntie Jeni and Uncle John.

And of course I can't wait till I meet cousin Josie!

The following day on Sunday, Aunt Jeni and Uncle John took everyone out to Lucille's. Mommy let me munch on some of their biscuits. And were they ever so tasty.

Here's the whole group!
