a whole LOTa Jacob!

WARNING...this post includes a TON of Jacob pictures.

Jacob hit a few milestones in life.
1. He has teeth! He started to grow his 2 bottom front teeth. Amazingly, he hasn't been fussy one bit. Then again, it's Jacob. :)
2. Just today, he began actually crawling. He eyes a toy or object and gets up on all fours and takes off after it. Always so active, I wouldn't be surprised if he started walking tomorrow.

He's beginning to master this even after 1 day.

Jacob crawling.

Jacob visited the pumpkin patch on Saturday.

Jacob begged to go on this ride, but was a few feet too short.

BOO. a ghouly ghost I am.

6 Months! Today!

Every month goes by too fast. Jake's 6 months already. It's been the most amazing 6 months of our lives and we can't help but feel a little sad at how quickly Jacob is growing. Well, here's this month's photoshoot on the JP rocker. Our lil' cutie.

Jacob will be 6 months next week and we can hardly believe how quickly the last 6 months have gone. It's always fun for us to look back on all our pictures to see how much he's changed. Here's the last 5 months of his JP photos...

Sitting up

It's been awhile since our last post and as usual a lot has happened since. Jake's mobility and coordination has become more and more advance. He's been rolling, flipping, jumping on his jumperoo (i mean really jumping!), playing in his activity center, but his biggest achievement has been his attempt to sit up.
Here he is at his attempt to sit up.

Here he is with his 'best friend?' Noah. I think Jimmy got some pictures of them holding hands.

Jake and his jumperoo. He really really loves this thing. He'll swing from side to side, then jump, jump, jump.

We bought this bebe pod to teach him to sit up. I think it worked, seeing he can now sit on his own.
