Halloween comes early

Uncle Chris and Aunt Marisa got lil Jake his very first Halloween costume. Of course it had to be a dog. We should introduce doggy Jacob to aunt Sammie. As soon as Jacob laid his eyes on it, he couldn't stop laughing. Here's some pictures. The costume makes Jacob look a bit older, don't you think?

Here's the photoshoot. (click to enlarge)

Here's uncle Chris w/ Jake

and Auntie Marisa. Thank you guys for the awesome gift. Jacob loves it, as you can see for yourselves.

It was Luke's 100 days this past Sunday. Here's some pictures from the event.
Aunt Diana w/ Jacob.

Here's grandma and great grandma, along w/ Luke and Jacob.

Haewon and Stephen practicing their parenting. Soon to be parents come November. Congrats guys!

Uncle John and party Ernest. Looks a bit drunk, eh? Kidding. He's the Joey of the bunch.

Mommy having a moment w/ her son.

We finally busted out the stroller. I think this is the first baby equipment we bought. I think we still can get a few more months off the snap n go before we go to the Peg.

He's been rolling and making his best attempt to crawl. He loves riding this watermelon pillow.

We think Jacob looks like he's 5 in this picture.

Sometimes he looks straight into the camera and opens his eyes as wide as he can.

Someone bought us this .. uhm .. dress? It's from Korea..enuf sad? :)

Doing the Macarena. Oh No.

Jake Explores The Grove

Jacob took his first trip out to the trendy and chic compounds of what we call LA. We actually only made a couple of stops throughout the day. Stop #1 was the Grove, where we spent the majority of our day. We meet Amy, Jimmy, and Noah for lunch (thanks so much for lunch again) at Marmalade. Jacob was a bit tired and wasn't in the usual smiling mood, but he did pretty well. We stepped into Janett's apt for a rest. Then to K-town for a quick supper. Here's some pictures from the day.
(There's a 4 months shoot following this post. Sorry the posts are so close apart)

Here's the little princess, Noah chilling on her throne. She has a cute different outfit on every single time we see her. No recycling of clothes for this little one.

Here's our little Jacob. Jake on the otherhand is a major offender of recycling his outfits. Sorry Jake, your parents need to spend a bit more money on some more clothes. And a terry cloth hat in the middle of summer? Who are your parents anyways?

Here we are w/ Jimmy and Amy right before we were almost mowed down by the trolley. If it wasn't for Drew yelling for us to get out of the way, we would of been trolley dirt..crazy driver!

Janett and Jessica harrassing Jacob. just kidding. I'm sure he was loving all the attention.

Andrew, Jacob's first hollywood-ish encounter. Look, he's speechless.

Aunt Janett kipnapped out child and took Jake shopping. Bought him a cute little outfit at Janie and Jack, spending way too much.

Amy with Jacob. I think he just woke up, hence his confused look.

The moms with their children.
The rest are random pictures in front of the fountain.

This is our favorite picture of the day. Just a random no look shot. It's always the lucky ones that come out the best.

Mom and Jacob on the couch.

He sits up on the sofa pretty well these days. Here he is tired and resting from the jam packed day.

Mylene and her boy came by for a visit the prior week.

4 Months Photoshoot!

4 Months already! It's crazy how fast time has flown by since Jacob was born. He's definitely growing out of that infant stage and becoming a little boy. He seems to do well in these shoots, but as soon as he sees that camera, his smile disappears.

Well, here he is. Big little Jacob @ 4 Months.

Welcome Baby Toby!

Toby's out and about and Younsoo took the time to visit the newbie and Kayla at their home. Another baby means more friends for Jake. Here's some pictures of their playtime.

Here's Toby, 1 month old. Definitely has a good set of lungs.

Kayla w/ Jacob.

Jacob w/ Toby. I wonder if they notice one another.

A closer encounter.

Life thru Jake's eyes

We can hardly believe that it's closing in on 4 months. These critters grow so fast! Every day Jake seems to learn something new; now he's rolling over and holding his head up. Anyways, it's been awhile since Jacob said his 'bonjour' so here we go.

Bonjour!! Welcome to my post of this blog!

Daddy and mommy finally busted out my highchair. Now I can finally sit with them while they eat. They're greedy though, they don't seem to want to share their food.

I found my favorite past time. 'The Roll'. Just to my right side and I can't roll back yet, but I'll do this every chance I get.

Even in my crib. Rolling, rolling, rolling... WooHoo!

Mommy's friend, Katy came to visit. New people always make me happy.

We had an after church meal with mommy's parents, brother, and his girlfriend. I wonder when I'll get my first girlfriend...wait I'm only 3 months old, girls?? yuck!

Another one of mommy's photoshoot. Man, these are getting old, but I'll do it just to amuse them. I do like this overall though. Thanks Miami Pastor!

I'm not very happy. Enough with the pictures. Isn't 300 enough? I need milk!

I love walks around our neighborhood. I insist on walking, but mommy won't let me yet. I guess the bjorn is the next best thing.

Here's daddy trying out the bjorn. Let me walk!!

Okay, long walk. There's my house. Are we done? I need a nap.

Nap? No way! More rolling rolling rolling.. WOOHOO!!

Paris in Las Vegas

To celebrate celebrating Jacob turning 100 days, the parents took a 2 night trip out to Vegas, without Jacob of course. (We're so bad) We figured since Jake's 100 days old he was more than able to take care of himself..of course we left him w/ the grandparents.

We stayed at the most romantic city on the strip. "Paris"! Our review, the casino was small, but not very crowded, the room was blah, the food and location, great! It was an okay hotel, but we won't be staying here again. We watched KA at MGM. Vividly amazing. To top it off, ate, ate, and ate some more. We didn't even lose too much money..Law's controlling his gambling habits..haha.
It's the Effiel Tower. Half of it at least.

We ate at Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris. Here's a place we definitely recommend to those looking for great French cuisine on the strip. Make sure you have rsvp and request a seat in the back room by the windows.

These are pretty addictive, but at $12 a pop, one too many of these can cause some damage to your wallet.

This is what Law ordered. Steak, french style.

Halibut! Younsoo's meal. But after we got our dishes, we ended up trading.

Of course, dessert. The strawberry crepe w/ vanilla ice cream made our tummies quite happy..and about to burst. As you can see, when we travel, it always revolves around food.

Just some random pictures.
